Our Programs
Healing looks different for everyone, and we’re here to meet you where you are. Whether you need the daily structure of our Day Treatment or the flexibility of outpatient care, we’ll help design a plan that works for you.
For clients who need a more intense level of care. Group therapy and case management are provided here for a full day of treatment from 10am-4pm.

- Young Adult Anxiety Track
For clients who need more support then individual therapy can provide. Group therapy and case management are provided here for a half day of treatment from 10am-1pm.

Outpatient Individual Therapy at Asteroid Health offers a flexible, client-centered approach to healing.
Physical illness/ an unexpected diagnosis can have a great impact on an individual's mental well-being. This group can provide support.
